Yay! I found a place in the city!

Highlights:
1) Only about 14 blocks from work, on the Upper East Side.
2) Affordable.
3) No need to pay a full three months' rent; the dates match almost perfectly with the time I'll be there -- I just need to stay somewhere else for a few days at the start and end of my fellowship.

4) free kitty and beagle! I have friends! Fuzzy ones! Yay!

Back to work, then the rental car place, then Atlanta, then Florida. Then, in reverse.
