Back from the fundraiser. Leave it to me to volunteer for a charity auction then end up buying something myself. I "won" a haircut by Rodney Mitchell. One way to look at it is that it's a great deal, considering I paid less than 25% of the retail value. On the other hand, most salon owners have a bit of an inflated sense of self-worth when it comes to pricing their services. That, plus I just looked up a review of his salon and one comment states, "the owner of the salon is crazy. He was walking around with a janet jackson headset, drinking a martini, he was sweating and yelling at people."

Hmmm. We'll have to see how this do comes out.
